Where we ship We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes within India only.
Shipping charges We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas and North-East states may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.
Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow your parcel.
Failed deliveries Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or the parcel is refused, we may not be able to reship the order free of charge.
Damaged parcels If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
