These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the BYNQO online store and to any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us This store is operated by BYNQO, Palakkad, Kerala, India. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to BYNQO.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and pricing We try to display products, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Orders An order is confirmed only after we accept it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Payment All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card details. Cash on Delivery is not available.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Use of the website You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to BYNQO or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYNQO is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Privacy Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala.
